As most of our support customers know, we’ve been adding new content to our DSNW (Digital Studio NW) Admin Widget. You can not only create a support ticket from within the helpful widget, you can also browse our how-to manuals from within. See how below:
When you click on the DSNW Help button, you’ll see a selection of suggested active topics as well as the contact us button below. Let’s take a look:
When you search for a topic from our article database you can view it within the widget itself, usually for just text, or click on the boxed icon with the 45 degree angled arrow to get a new browser tab with the full article from our support center. See image below:
We’ve also added a new way to indicate when new content has been added or that we’ve released an update with new how-to manuals or information regarding logic changes, security patches, or the like. When new content is added, the DSNW Help button will change from our orange branding color to a blue. So going forward if the button is blue, there’s something new!
