We continue to receive questions regarding the CACG Marketplace. For information about the availability of your status to publish your inventory there, please contact CACG directly. We have been informed that they have not yet fully implemented the upload functionality and have not added this feature to the dealer portal or dashboard.
However, we have the capability to add a flat file export—similar to CCE—to help you upload your inventory. To proceed, you will need the following:
1. Product Export Module: You must have our Product Export module installed and ensure it is the most current release. If you do not have this module, you will need to purchase a license for $199, which includes a one-year renewal.
2. XML Custom Script: You will need our XML custom script added to the export module engine to output the flat file. We charge $250 for this service, and any future changes required by CACG will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
3. CACG Seller ID: We will need your CACG Seller ID. We are unsure if this is different from your dealer number, so please contact CACG directly to confirm.
4. Support: Please note that we do not provide ongoing support for the CACG Marketplace integration. All questions regarding the CACG Marketplace must be directed to them.
