We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Avalara (AvaTax) to offer complete tax compliance for Adobe Commerce M2 Admin. While Vertex Tax has been a part of our third-party tax service embedded in our platform for years, we recognize that it fell short in meeting the needs of our customers in the numismatic industry. Many dealers have struggled with thresholds, improper rate calculations, and complex compliance processes, leading them to choose not to charge tax.

With our partnership with Avalara (AvaTax), we will handle the module installation and setup for you. As a courtesy to our monthly paid support clients, we will also include steps to get you onboarded with an AvaTax specialist. Please note that Avatax monthly fees are calculated based on your use from your home state that you do business from. More detailed information will be provided during your initial meeting with your AvaTax representative.
